Selena Gomez to Host MTV Europe Music Awards

These two will undoubtedly be sharing some stage time at the MTV Europe Music Awards in November, since Gomez was just named as host of the event and Bieber's up for three prizes!

The songstress is stoked about the hosting gig and said in a statement: "I'm so excited to be the host of the 2011 MTV EMA--it's a dream come true! This is such a huge event that always recognizes the biggest stars in music from across the globe, so it's a real honor to be MC at this year's show."

Biebs has been tweeting up a storm about his three nods. "Just got word that we got 3 MTV
EMA Nominations for Best Male, Best Pop, Biggest Fans!! THANKS SO MUCH! LEt's VOTE!!!" he wrote last week.

two will take the stage together for the EMAs on November 6. They made their public debut as a couple at the 2011 Oscars in March, then smooched for the cameras at the Billboard Music Awards a couple of months later. And the teen couple sat next to each other and flirted onstage at the ESPY Awards in July, kissed at the VMA pre-show in August, and who knows what they'll have in store for the next big show.

Songstress Lauryn Hill has landed herself in hot water for allegedly failing to return a "wardrobe of high fashion items" to her former fashion consultant. The fancy threads, which were supposed to be borrowed for four weeks during her 2007 European, were reportedly kept for three months instead.

Adding fuel to the fire are the accusations that Lauryn only ever returned 30 percent of the high-end merchandise to the store that loaned her the clothing. Via Davia Vintage also claims they were only paid a fraction of what they were owed by Ms. Hill.

This is just the latest lawsuit stemming from Lauryn's 2007 European tour. Former guitarist Jay Gore is currently suing the singer for harassment and unpaid wages.
